Jelqing Tip #4 – The Best Way to Cool Down

[ad_1]

There are measures to take before performing jelqing exercises that we have already discussed. This includes ingesting foods that will increase circulation to the pelvis and penis; as well as applying a moist-hot towel to the penis. What measures should we take, if any, during the post-exercise “cooling off” phase?

First of all, let’s give a basic outline of what jelqing is, also known as “milking.” This is a natural form of penis enlargement that utilizes methods of squeezing and milking the penis to encourage more blood into the blood-filled chambers of the penis that create an erection. By forcing more blood into these chambers, we can increase the size of these chambers, and thus encourage the penis to grow larger in size.

Because the penis uses a hydraulic mechanism of blood to create and maintain an erection, we are very interested in increasing the amount of blood flow into the pelvis to feed the penis. This increased capacity of blood flows occurs by something called “vasodilation.” Vasodilation is the ability for the arteries to increase in size so that they can handle more blood volume and more blood flow. So it is important to encourage this blood flow during the jelqing process, as the entire process relies on increasing the amount of blood flow to the penis through exercising measures.

Many men think that after they have finished their jelqing exercises that they are finished. No. This is not correct. Once exercising has been completed now comes one of the most critical stages of jelqing. For, after the jelqing process, the tissues have been accentuated in size because of the extra blood flow forced into them. They are at their ripest for enlargement and need one very important thing to heal the tissues and keep the increased capacity in these cavities. And that is blood. Not any type of blood, but fresh blood. Fresh blood contains nutrients and oxygen that used blood (that is sent off in the veins) does not have. In order to properly heal up you need a constant supply of fresh blood. You also want to help increase the blood flow to the area to help keep the penile cavities enlarged as much as possible (obviously, they won’t be at the size during the jelqing process, but you still want to encourage as much blood volume as possible).

One way to accentuate the jelqing process during the “cool off” phase is by applying a hot and moist towel to the penis. Wet heat is much more penetrating than dry heat, so it important that the towel is moist. You can soak it in water and put it in the microwave (it’s best if the fibers are natural – like cotton – if you utilize this procedure), or moisten and heat up the small towel with running hot water. Make sure the towel does not become too hot, as the skin and tissues of the penis are especially fragile after jelqing and you don’t want to injure them. Apply for at least five minutes after jelqing.

You can also enter a steam room, sauna, hot shower (projected at the genital region), or hot tub after the process. These are the most efficient methods. They will help increase circulation of fresh blood to the pelvic and penile regions, which is what one needs to create an environment for proper healing and increased blood flow.

Before you start to jelq, it is advised that you visit a urologist to rule out any pre-existing conditions you might have that may be deleterious to jelqing.
